Therapy with me is about making small shifts that add up to big change.

Those shifts often start with being able to say what’s really on your mind without worrying about being judged. I create a warm, authentic environment in our sessions so you can feel comfortable enough to do just that. 

I won’t lecture you, but I won’t just nod along either. Instead, I’ll encourage you, sometimes challenge you, help you notice and celebrate the progress you make, and explore new ways of looking at things when you feel stuck. Over time, those little changes in perspective can add up to feeling more confident, more capable, and more clear about where you’re headed.

I SPECIALIZE IN…

  • It feels like your mind won’t ever turn off. You’re constantly fighting against the what-ifs, the body jitters, or the urge to check “just one more time.” It’s affecting your ability to show up for things you care about, because it feels safer to stay home where you have some sense of control. 

    With me, you’ll learn to notice those automatic thoughts without taking them at face value, and practice feeling the fear and doing what matters anyway. For OCD, we’ll use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—an evidence-based treatment that involves being exposed to uncomfortable thoughts or feelings in small steps, then resisting the urge to act on them until they pass—so you can get your time back and show up for your life.

  • Everything feels heavier than it should, and you’re exhausted. You start your day already low on energy, low on motivation, and with the feeling that you’re just not yourself. 

    Together, we’ll take small steps that can lighten your load: scheduling activities to lift your mood, challenging the thoughts that keep you down, and keeping track of how you feel week to week. The goal is to rebuild momentum, confidence, and a clearer sense of what matters to you.

  • Life can feel unsettlingly uncertain at this stage. The pressure of school or a new job, maintaining a social life, and meeting family expectations (all while trying to figure out what’s next) can pile up fast. 

    I keep it real and casual in sessions, to make it feel easier to talk about what you’re going through. We’ll focus on practical tools to manage your anxiety and mood, building communication skills, and looking for small wins you can accomplish between sessions. Our aim will be for you to stop second-guessing yourself, and have a better sense of direction moving forward.
